The Aivia 3D package is for researchers looking for automated analysis solutions for 3D and 3D+time applications. The software is designed to work with huge datasets to give you accurate analysis results. With multi-resolution rendering and fast surfaces, you can display and interact with your data in seconds. Our analysis recipes detect and track objects (cells, nuclei, organelles, particles, etc.) automatically and can be easily adjusted to your datasets. You also have access to a wide range of morphological, intensity, motion and lineage measurements with the recipes for comprehensive analysis of your data.

The backbone of all Aivia packages. It features high performance volume and surface rendering engines capable of handling even the most demanding (multi-terabyte, multi-channel time series) microscopy datasets. It offers a wide range of visualization models which enables you to explore your data. 

Machine Learning Pixel Classifier


You can train a machine learning model to distinguish objects of interest from background. The Pixel Classifier provides a powerful way to detect objects in images where conventional threshold-based methods are not enough.

3D Object Count


The 3D Object Analysis recipe in Aivia detects objects (such as cells and nuclei) and generates surface reconstructions of the objects in 3D volumetric images. The recipe provides a count of the number of detected objects as well as morphological and intensity measurements of individual objects.

3D Object Tracking


The 3D Object Tracking recipe in Aivia detects objects (such as cells and nuclei), generates surface reconstructions, and tracks their movement in 3D+time volumetric images. The recipe also tracks cell division events to create lineages for cell fate analysis. The recipe provides a count of the number of detected objects as well as morphological, intensity and motility measurements of the detected objects.

Track and Lineage Editing


Edit tracking analysis results using the Track and Lineage Editor. It features a simple single-button control scheme that allows you to drag-and-drop track points to connect tracks, disconnect tracks and create lineages. All the changes are updated automatically in measurements.
