PRIMO was developed to enable You to engineer custom microenvironments and fine-tune their mechanical and biochemical properties, at the micrometer scale with high flexibility and reproducibility. Primo then projects it onto the cell culture substrate to create microstructures (microfabrication, hydrogel structuration) and/or to generate micropatterns with the protein of your choice (micropatterning).


Nomos automate your micropatterning process and rinsing steps: simply add Nomos rinsing robot to the PRIMO optical module on your microscope.
Nomos allows precise positioning over the substrate, automated rinsing of pre-defined areas and is compatible to all standard or custom substrates.
 
 
 

 

LEONARDO provides automatic calibration, possibility of programming experimental sequences; allows sample schematization and camera scans, replicating the same patterns, ect. An indispensable tool to design your own micropatterning manipulations, our photopatterning software Leonardo allows you to control the entire PRIMO system (the UV illumination module, microscope, camera and stage) and to precisely define your experimental conditions.

 

New PLPP (the photoactivatable reagent) Gel accelerate the speed of your protein micropatterning experiments and substrate biofunctionalization up to 30 times compared to PLPP Classic. Adding PLPP Gel on the substrate before illumination allows the anti-fouling polymer to be degraded in only one second, allowing to engineer hundreds of micropatterns in a few minutes.

 

PDMS Stencil  is the multi-well solution. With its multiple wells, the PDMS Stencil reduces the volumes of reagents used and accommodates different experimental conditions on the same substrate.
