It is now possible to isolate individual prokaryotic cells using CYTENA’s validated single-cell dispensing technology. The B.SIGHT’s extremely high-resolution optics make even the smallest cells visible. No staining or labeling is required to isolate single bacterium.
Isolating cells is simple and contamination free with disposable cartridges. Simply pipette your sample into the reservoir and mount the cartridge to the B.SIGHT. Microscopic droplets are produced through our bacteria dispensing cartridges to create stable and accurate bacteria encapsulation.
IDEAL FOR ANAEROBIC CONDITIONS
The benchtop B.SIGHT can be operated in an anaerobic chamber thanks to its small footprint, low particle emission and low heat emission. These characteristics provide the ideal environment for isolating obligate anaerobes.
