Thanks to widefield imaging and the gentlest illumination mode you can study samples that are super sensitive to light.
The BC43 also provides two different transmitted light options for incredible imaging flexibility. Thanks to the bright field mode, the development of larger organisms can be visualized, while the Differential Phase Contrast (DPC) allows the structure to be extracted from thinner or more transparent samples. Modes can also be mix and matched for more imaging flexibility.
