The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on October 3, 2022. Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by means of adopted resolutions:

• dismissed from the Supervisory Board Ms. Anastasia Burgs and Aleksandra Anklewicz, as well as Mr. Maciej Sadowski, Mr. Łukasz Kaleta and Mr. Jan Goliński,
• resolved that the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new term will consist of 7 members,
• appointed to the Supervisory Board of the new term Ms. Anastasia Burgs, Ms. Aleksandra Anklewicz, Ms. Karolina Opielewicz and Messrs. Maciej Sadowski, Lukasz Kaleta, Jan Golinski and Grzegorz Brona.

Enclosed the Management Board transmits information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules regarding the appointed Members of the Supervisory Board.
