The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (‘the Company’) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q2 2024.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not publish separately the standalone report for Q2 2024 exercising the rights contained in §5.2a of Appendix 3 to the ATS Rules, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1(1) – (4) and §5.4.2 in relation to the Company.
