The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) hereby provides a correction to EBI Report No. 15/2022 dated October 3, 2022, in which it announced changes in the Company’s Supervisory Board. The correction relates only to the CVs attached to this announcement, with regard to the terms of office expiration dates and the addition of all information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
At the same time, the Management Board reminds that on October 3, 2022. Extraordinary General Meeting, by way of resolutions adopted:
- dismissed from the Supervisory Board Ms. Anastasia Burgs and Aleksandra Anklewicz, as well as Mr. Maciej Sadowski, Mr. Lukasz Kaleta and Mr. Jan Golinski,
- resolved that the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new term will consist of 7 members,
- appointed to the Supervisory Board of the new term Ms. Anastasia Burgs, Aleksandra Anklewicz Karolina Opielewicz and Mr. Maciej Sadowski, Lukasz Kaleta, Jan Golinski and Grzegorz Brona.
