The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw informs that in 2023 financial year periodical reports will be published on the following dates:

• annual unit and consolidated reports for 2022 – March 20, 2023,
• consolidated report for the first quarter of 2023 – May 12, 2023,
• consolidated report for the second quarter of 2023 – August 11, 2023,
• consolidated report for the third quarter of 2023 – November 3, 2023.

At the same time, the Management Board informs that it will not publish a report for the fourth quarter of 2022, exercising the right indicated in §6 para. 10a. Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System.

In addition, based on the provisions of §5.2a. of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, the Management Board will not publish separate individual and consolidated quarterly reports, including in the consolidated quarterly report the information referred to in §5.4.1.(1) – (4) and §5.4.2. of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, with respect to Sygnis SA.

Any changes to the dates of periodic reports will be made public in the form of a current report.
