The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Straszyn (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that, among the shareholders participating in the Company’s Annual General Meeting of 22 June 2022, at least 5% of the votes at the Meeting were held by

• Andrzej Burgs – 11,171,778 votes from the shares held, which constituted 60.64% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 49.12% of the total number of votes,
• Grzegorz Kaszyński – 3,112,344 votes from the shares owned, which constituted 16.89% of votes on the General Meeting and 13.68% of the total number of votes
• Anastazja Burgs – 1,402,476 votes from shares owned by her, which constituted 7.61% of votes on the General Meeting and 6.17% of the total number of votes
• Piotr Boliński – 942,792 votes from the shares held, which constituted 5.12% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 4.15% of the total number of votes.
