The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that among the shareholders participating in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on January 2, 2023, at least 5% of the votes at the Meeting were held by:

• Anastasia Burgs and Andrew Burgs – 12,574,254 votes from the shares held, which represented 80.16% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 55.29% of the total number of votes (including: Anastasia Burgs – 1,402,476 votes from the shares held, which accounted for 8.94% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 6.17% of the total number of votes, and Andrew Burgs 11,171,778 votes from the shares held, which accounted for 71.22% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 49.12% of the total number of votes),
• Grzegorz Kaszynski – 3,112,344 votes from the shares held, which accounted for 19.84% of the number of votes at the Meeting and 13.68% of the total number of votes.
