The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it has signed an agreement for the transfer of intellectual property rights (including author’s economic rights to all results of works created until the date of concluding this agreement, industrial property rights and rights to know-how), resulting in the acquisition of technology (know-how) in the field of new 3D printing methods, i.e. the method of creating objects from the gas phase to the solid phase in 3D printing. The amount of the transaction was PLN 330 000 gross, to be paid within 14 days from the date of this agreement. The parties allowed the possibility of settling the payment by means of the sellers’ acquisition of the Company’s shares. In addition, the vendors are entitled to receive additional remuneration in the event of disposing of this technology together with the development work performed (30% of the value of the sale transaction or retaining 30% ownership) or selling products created using it (6% of the revenue from the sale of these products).

Management indicates that the purchase of this technology, combined with the accumulated knowledge and skills at Sygnis Nano Technologies, will allow the Company to launch an internal implementation project for a globally unique vapor phase to solid phase 3D printing technology.
