The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Straszyn (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that today it has received information on winning a tender for the delivery of a holotomographic microscope for an entity in Bulgaria for the amount of CHF 87 000 (i.e. more than PLN 400 000). The assumed margin on the delivery will be about 30%. The delivery will be made by 30 September 2022.

The Management Board points out that this is the first European tender won in Bulgaria in which the Company participated, being part of the implementation of the adopted development strategy for expansion in the countries of Southern Europe. At the same time, it is the first contract that the Company will sign with an entity from Bulgaria, thus initiating its activity in this country.

The Management Board points out that the binding document, on the basis of which the Company will carry out this delivery, will be the contract, about which the Company will inform in a separate announcement.
