The Management Board of Sygnis S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company), informs that today it became aware of a decision issued on July 18, 2022 by the District Court Gdańsk – North in Gdańsk, VII Economic Division of the National Court Register, on the registration of the change of the registered office from Straszyn to Warsaw and amendments to the Articles of Association, adopted during the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on June 22, 2022.

In connection with the registration of the change of registered office, the Company’s address was also changed to the following: 101 Żwirki i Wigury Street, 02-089 Warsaw.

Below, the Management Board provides an itemization of the changes made, including the previously effective wording and the current wording of the amended provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association, and the current consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is attached.
