The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. based in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it has concluded three agreements with the Gdansk University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding, for the supply of, respectively:

• 3D printer based on SLS printing technology together with a modular printing system (by April 5, 2023);
• a 3D printer based on extrusion of materials in the form of dense pastes, silicone gels and resins (due January 11, 2023);
• a set of equipment for manufacturing 3D printing filaments (due January 11, 2023).
  

This contract includes the Company’s completion of the delivery, installation, commissioning and training in the operation of 3D printers. The total value of the order is PLN 463 700 gross. For the subject of the order, the Company provides a warranty for a period of 12 – 24 months, separately for each of the above-mentioned devices. The parties have also agreed on contractual penalties, the amount of which may not exceed 20% of the gross price of the order.
