The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company) informs that the Company received a notification, prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies, from Mr. Grzegorz Kaszynski, regarding the reduction of the share below the threshold of 5% of the total number of votes and the change of the previously held share above 10% of the total number of votes by at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Company’s general meeting.
