The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (“the Company”) hereby informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of 20 June 2024 adopted amendments to Articles 9.1, 10 and 13a of the Company’s Articles of Association. Enclosed, the Management Board transmits the content currently in force and the enacted content of the indicated articles. At the same time, the Management Board informs that these amendments will enter into force after they have been registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.
