The Management Board of Sygnis S.A., based in Gdańsk, Poland (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it has entered into an agreement with Markforged, Inc. (Watertown, United States; hereinafter: Markforged) an agreement for the distribution to end customers of 3D printers, subscriptions and consumables manufactured by Markforged, in the territory of the European Union. The parties have set supply to the military sector as the main objective.
The agreement entered into force today and is valid for a period of one year and will be renewed automatically for another year, unless either party decides not to renew it. The agreement may also be terminated by either party without cause upon 30 days’ notice.

Management points out that the highly specialized 3D printers produced by Markforged enable the manufacture of very strong and durable products, which are used in the military and industrial sectors, among others.

The printers are among the world’s leading in terms of quality, and their ecosystem involves multi-year operation of the machines with renewable software subscriptions to optimize 3D printing processes.

The Company’s partnership with Markforged also enables knowledge transfer and expands the Company’s international scale.
