The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Gdańsk, Poland (“the Company”) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q1 2024.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not publish separately the standalone report for Q1 2024 exercising the rights contained in §5.2a of Appendix 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1 (1) – (4) and §5.4.2 in relation to the Company.

Legal basis: § 5.1.1) and § 5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System “Current and periodic information provided in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market”.
