The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Gdańsk, Poland (the “Company”) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q4 2023.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not separately publish the standalone report for Q4 2023, exercising the rights contained in §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1 (1) – (4) and §5.4.2 with respect to the Company.
