The Management Board of Sygnis S.A., based in Gdańsk, informs that in 2024 financial year periodic reports will be published on the following dates:

– separate and consolidated annual reports for 2023 – May 29, 2024,
– consolidated report for the fourth quarter of 2023 – February 14, 2024,
– consolidated report for Q1 2024 – May 14, 2024,
– consolidated report for Q2 2024 – August 13, 2024,
– consolidated report for the third quarter of 2024 – November 13, 2024.

At the same time, the Management Board informs that, based on the provisions of §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, it will not publish separate individual and consolidated quarterly reports, including in the consolidated quarterly report the information referred to in §5.4.1(1) – (4) and §5.4.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, with respect to Sygnis SA.

Any changes to the dates of periodic reports will be made public in the form of a current report.
