The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that the Company received a notification from Mr. January Ciszewski, prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organized trading system and on public companies.
