The Management Board of Sygnis S.A., based in Gdansk, Poland (hereinafter: Sygnis) informs that today its subsidiary SYGLASS sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter: SYGLASS) has concluded a cooperation agreement with STAGE2, S.L.U., based in Barcelona, Spain (hereinafter: STAGE2) to regulate SYGLASS’ participation in a five-month matchmaking and acceleration program. The program includes training, collaboration with manufacturers and corporations, hands-on workshops, coaching sessions with corporations and chief innovation officers from major industrial companies. It is a results-oriented program that aims to support hardware (equipment) based technology companies in production scaling, or market validation, through customer discovery, team consolidation and refinement of growth strategy based on internationalization and financing strategy. Upon completion of this program, STAGE2 is expected to support SYGLASS for the next 18 months in achieving the specific goals and milestones set during the program.

SYGLASS is a special purpose vehicle established by Sygnis on November 13, 2023, and entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register on November 15, 2023, which was established to carry out tasks related to the use of glass printing technology (Syglass), and this cooperation agreement marks the start of SYGLASS activities.

The Management Board indicates that the establishment of SYGLASS and the signing of this cooperation agreement are the next steps in the implementation of the commercialization strategy for the glass printing project (Syglass) and the strategy of Sygnis in the context of the development path of research and development projects, through the spin-off of subsidiaries when adequate project readiness is achieved.
