The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby publishes the consolidated interim report for Q3 2022.

At the same time, the Management Board indicates that the Company does not separately publish the standalone report for Q3 2022, exercising its rights under §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1 (1) – (4) and §5.4.2 with respect to the Company.
