The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on January 9, 2023. The Company’s Supervisory Board appointed Ms. Olga Czerwinska and Ms. Joanna Danaj to the Management Board, including to serve as Vice Presidents of the Management Board. Also on January 9, 2023, Mr. Grzegorz Kaszynski resigned from the position of Vice President and from the Management Board of the Company for personal reasons.

Enclosed, the Management Board provides information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System, regarding Ms. Olga Czerwinska and Ms. Joanna Danaj.
