The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today it has become aware of the issuance on January 19, 2023, by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, of a decision on the registration of the change of the Company’s registered office from Warsaw to Gdańsk and the resulting changes to Article 3 of the Articles of Association:

the existing wording of Article 3:
“The registered office of the Company is Warsaw.”

enacted wording of Article 3:
“The registered office of the Company is Gdańsk.”

In connection with the registration of the change of the registered office, the Company’s address was also changed to the following: 472 Grunwaldzka Avenue, 80-309 Gdańsk.

At the same time, a branch of the Company in Warsaw (02-089), at 101 Żwirki i Wigury Street, was registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register.

Attached, the Management Board provides the current consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association.
