The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company), with reference to current report No. 2/2023 of January 4, 2023, in which it provided the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2023, informs that the date of publication of the consolidated report for Q3 2023 has been changed from November 3, 2023 to November 14, 2023.

The Management Board reminds that, based on the provisions of §5.2a of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, the Company will not publish a separate standalone report for Q3 2023, including in the consolidated quarterly report the information referred to in §5.4.1(1) – (4) and §5.4.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, with respect to the Company.
