DED and materials testing machine. Basic incremental manufacturing system and production using new alloys. The model is distinguished by its compact system for easy installation, which includes: powder feeding system, CVM, cassette-type optics, laser generator, E-Box, stage, plate.
Built-in feeder
MX-Lab’s built-in CVM powder feeding system with multiple hoppers is optimised for high entropy alloy (HEA) research. It can quickly scan alloys of different compositions during 3D printing, so that material studies can be carried out quickly.
Auto Z
Function of automatic adjustment of the distance between sample and nozzle to WOP (9 mm) layer by layer during deposition.
Laser control
Function for setting the correct laser power for the material at the desired location based on the NC code when producing a sample from multiple materials.
Advantages of InssTek MX-Lab:
- A simple system for easy entry into DED
- Focus on material testing
- 3-axis system and DMT technology
- Accurate and stable CVM powder feeding system (built-in) is used
- Hexa feeding system for multiple materials
- LFM-1 technology used (built-in)
