The Markforged X7 CFR industrial carbon fibre 3D printer combines precision-built hardware, advanced sensors and state-of-the-art software to reproducibly deliver accurate parts.

Turnkey industrial carbon fibre 3D printer for many types of functional parts. It features a reinforced, precision-machined gate and a precision-ground print bed that can be removed and replaced with 10 μm repeatability. Every component of the fibre extrusion system – from the nozzles to the extruder plates – is optimised to resist wear and tear by the carbon microfibre-filled nylon fibres and maintain print quality for thousands of hours.

Missing material sensors ensure continuous printing, while a scanning laser in the print head allows the printer to dynamically adjust the first layers of print for perfect adhesion to the table and check part accuracy after printing.The X7 features a third-generation fibre reinforcement system that allows continuous fibre to be laid on parts.Markforged composite printers have the unique ability to print four types of continuous fibre reinforced parts.
