The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Gdańsk, Poland (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on June 19, 2023. The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by means of a resolution adopted, decided to appoint Mr. Arvin Khanchandani to the Supervisory Board.

Enclosed the Management Board transmits information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules regarding Mr. Arvin Khanchandani.
