The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that on March 26, 2024 Mr. Maciej Sadowski submitted his resignation from the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board, taking effect as of March 27, 2024. In addition, on March 26, 2024 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company by way of resolutions adopted decided to dismiss Ms. Aleksandra Anklewicz from the Supervisory Board and to appoint Mr. Piotr Ryszard Żyłka to the Supervisory Board, for a joint term of office ending on December 31, 2025.

Enclosed the Management Board provides information referred to in §10 item 20) of Appendix No. 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules regarding Mr. Piotr Ryszard Żyłka.
