The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that today it concluded an agreement with Progres Biegli Rewidenci Glinkowski Kuligiewicz Spółka Partnerska, registered in the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements maintained by the Polish Agency for Audit Supervision under No. 3384, the subject of which is the audit of the consolidated financial statements of the Sygnis Capital Group for the financial year ending December 31, 2022.

At the same time, the Management Board reminds that the agreement to audit the separate financial statements of Sygnis S.A. (among others) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, was signed on February 25, 2022, which the Management Board informed about in the mode of EBI report No. 3/2022.
