The Management Board of Sygnis SA with its registered office in Gdańsk, Poland (the “Company”) hereby publishes a correction to the consolidated interim report for the fourth quarter of 2023, published in EBI Report No. 2/2024 on February 14, 2024.

The correction is the result of an editorial error in the transcription of financial data from the source documents to this report, and relates to analytical items that were not taken into account in determining the final financial data. Thus, both the balance sheet and the results at the Company’s individual and consolidated Group levels have not changed.

Enclosed, the Management Board submits the revised consolidated report for Q4 2023. The Management Board reminds that the Company does not separately publish the standalone report for Q4 2023, exercising its rights under §5.2a of Appendix 3 to the ATS Regulations, i.e. due to the inclusion in the consolidated quarterly report of the information referred to in §5.4.1 (1) – (4) and §5.4.2 with respect to the Company.
