The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that today it has received information that the investment project submitted by the Company entitled: “FNIS 2.0 – development of an innovative 3D printer working with DIW technology.” has been positively evaluated and thus qualified for financing. The subject of this project is the creation of a technological successor to the FNIS printer (www.diw3d.com). The present project will be carried out by the Company until 2026. The value of this project has been estimated at PLN 10,267,871.13, with the amount of subsidy granted being PLN 6,995,647.50. The project was submitted under the SMART FENG.01.01-IP.02-001/23/2023 Path measure of the European Funds for Modern Economy Program.

The Board of Directors indicates that in order to receive funding for the implementation of this project, the Company must conclude an appropriate agreement, which will be announced through a separate announcement.
