The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today Mr. Jan Golinski submitted his resignation from the position of Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board effective as of the date of submission, i.e. April 30, 2023. As the reason for his resignation he indicated personal reasons and taking up new professional challenges.
