The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company) informs that today Mr. Arvin Khanchandani submitted his resignation from membership and performing the function of a Member of the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective as of February 21, 2024. No reasons were indicated in the resignation.
