The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (hereinafter: the Company) informs that the Company received a notification drawn up pursuant to Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments into the organized trading system and on public companies from Mr. Piotr Boliński, regarding exceeding the threshold of 5% of votes at the Company’s general meeting.
