The Management Board of Sygnis S.A. with its registered office in Gdańsk (the “Company”) informs that the Company received notifications from Mr. Sławomir Jarosz and Mr. Artur Górski, drawn up in accordance with Article 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies.
