Junior Business Development Specialist

We are growing quicker year by year therefore we invite you to join our sales department. We are currently looking for a Junior Specialist to support the Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Business Development Manager in working with distributors and jointly defining new business opportunities
  •  Assist in managing the sales process in terms of analyzing customer needs, designing and presenting solutions, preparing commercial proposals, commercial negotiations and finalizing commercial agreements
  •  Taking care of customer relations, resolving ongoing problems
  •  Engage in active search for new customers in foreign markets and in selected market segments
  •  Assisting in brand building and developing growth strategies in assigned foreign markets, identifying and evaluating growth opportunities
  •  Communicating new product offerings
  •  Cooperation with other departments, participation in crossover projects
Our requirements:
  •  Experience in working with business customers (B2B)
  •  Experience in selling technical products
  •  Higher education, preferably technical or economic education
  •  Very good knowledge of English used in daytoday work  min B2 level  cooperation with foreign customers
  •  Developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
  •  Positive, proactive attitude
  •  Analytical thinking, technical sense
  •  Ability to build longterm, partnership relationships with clients
  •  Selfreliance, motivation and commitment
